DLÚXE Custom Apparel: Legal Notice
1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, designs, logos, garment constructions, techniques, and visual materials featured on the DLÚXE website (dluxecustomapparel.com) and all social media channels are the exclusive property of DLÚXE. These materials are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
2. Copyrighted Designs
Every garment created by DLÚXE is a unique, one-of-a-kind design. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or duplication of any DLÚXE design, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Engaging another creator to replicate a DLÚXE original design constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and will be met with appropriate legal action.
3. Use of Inspiration
While we welcome inspiration photos to help guide the theme, aesthetic, or vibe of your custom project, DLÚXE does not create direct replicas of other designers' work. We are a house of original design, and every piece we produce is an authentic DLÚXE creation.
4. Trademarks
"DLÚXE" is a registered trademark of DLÚXE Custom Apparel. Use of our name, logo, or brand identity without express written permission from the owner is prohibited.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DLÚXE, its founder, and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of our services or any breach of these legal terms, including, but not limited to, third-party claims regarding intellectual property infringement of content you provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DLÚXE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use our services, including any actions taken by third-party shipping carriers or service providers.
7. Governing Law
This Legal Notice and your use of our services are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of our services shall be instituted in a state or federal court located in Butler County, Ohio.
