DLÚXE Custom Apparel: Shipping Policy
This policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for shipping your custom orders. By placing an order with DLÚXE, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Processing vs. Transit Time
It is important to distinguish between the time it takes to create your custom item and the time it takes for the carrier to deliver it.
 *Production Time: Because every DLÚXE piece is handcrafted, custom orders require a lead time of at least 7 business days for material sourcing, design finalization, and production.
 *Transit Time: This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our studio to your delivery address. Once your order leaves our studio, the responsibility for transit time lies with the chosen shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options to best serve your timeline:
 *Standard Shipping: $9.99 flat rate.
 *Express & Next-Day Shipping: Costs for these expedited options are calculated and provided during your custom project quoting process.
 *Complimentary Shipping: As a thank you to our clients, Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders exceeding $299.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your custom order has been completed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Delivery Issues & Courier Responsibility
DLÚXE does not operate as the delivery courier.
 *Delays: We do not issue refunds for delivery delays caused by shipping providers (e.g., weather, holiday volume, or logistical errors). If your package does not arrive by the estimated date, please contact the courier service directly using your tracking number to initiate an inquiry.
 *Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is reported as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and taking photos of any damage to support your claim.                                                     5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. DLÚXE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at missd@dluxecustomapparel.com; we can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
6. International Shipping
Currently, DLÚXE primarily services domestic orders. If you are located outside of the United States and are interested in a custom order, please reach out to us directly for a quote and feasibility assessment. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
